If you win a prize you must press the 'claim' button on your winning ticket and follow the instructions displayed on screen.
Delivery/collection of the prize
You must communicate with the host to arrange delivery/collection of the prize.
Accepting the prize
Only press accept when you've received your prize and when you're happy for the ticket revenue to be released to the host. Once you've accepted the prize you lose your ability to open a dispute or to claim compensation.
Disputing the prize
If you have not received the advertised prize and wish to open a dispute, you must press the dispute button within 21 days of the draw date. If you do not open a dispute within the allocated time frame, you lose your ability to open a dispute or to claim compensation.
