After a competition has ended there is a short period of up to 10 minutes when all tickets are verified.
Once the tickets have been verified the draw is made and the winners are immediately displayed on the competition page.
Notifications sent to the entrants
An automated email is sent to all entrants immediately after a draw has been made. The email contains a link that opens the YOUR TICKETS page, enabling the entrant to check the status of their tickets.
Notifications sent to the hosts
An automated email containing step-by-step instructions, details of the winners and their contact information is sent to the hosts immediately after the draw has been made.
Delivery/collection of the prizes
Hosts and winners must communicate to arrange collection or delivery of the prize. Each winners is required to confirm that they have received their prize, which will enable the host to withdraw their ticket revenue to their bank account.
