Winners have a period of 21 days from the draw date to claim, accept or dispute their prize.
Accepting a prize
In order to accept a prize the winner must press the 'accept' button on the Get Prize page that is accessible by pressing the claim button on their winning ticket.
The accept button must only be pressed if the winner has received the prize and the prize is as advertised.
After accepting the prize the winner loses their ability to dispute and the ticket revenue is automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
Disputing a prize
In order to dispute a prize the winner must press the 'dispute' button on the Get Prize page that is accessible by pressing the claim button on their winning ticket.
If a prize has not been received, or is not as advertised, winners have a period of 21 days from the draw date to create a dispute.
If the dispute has not been initiated within the given timeframe, the winner loses their ability to dispute the prize and the ticket revenue is automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
If no action has been taken within the given timeframe, the winner loses their ability to accept or dispute their prize and the ticket revenue is automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
