This guide explains when you can delete a competition and what to do if tickets have already been sold.
Deleting a Live Competition (No Tickets Sold)
If your competition is live but no tickets have been sold, you can delete it.
How to delete a competition
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Raffles
- Click the Live tab
- Select your competition
- Open Dashboard & Tools
- Click Options
- Click the Delete button
If Tickets Have Already Been Sold
If your competition has sold tickets:
- You cannot cancel or delete the competition
This is in line with Raffall’s terms.
Ending a Competition Early
If you want your competition to finish sooner:
- You can request to change the end date
- The competition will be ended within 24 hours after confirmation
What Happens Next
- The draw will take place as normal
- Winners will be selected automatically
- You will receive the winners’ contact details
If You Cannot Provide the Prize
If you are unable to provide the prize:
- You can revoke the prize in the system
- The winner will receive cash compensation under the Raffall Guarantee
Important Notes
- Competitions with ticket sales cannot be cancelled
- Ending a competition early does not prevent the draw
- The Raffall Guarantee ensures winners are compensated if needed
