This guide explains how to update your email preferences and stop receiving emails from specific hosts.
Update Your Email Preferences
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Email Notifications
- Update your preferences as needed
Stop Emails from a Specific Host
To stop receiving emails from a host:
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to the host’s profile page
- Click the Unfollow button
Important Notes
- Unfollowing a host will stop email notifications related to their competitions and this will also delete any tickets obtained from that host for their Free entry competitions
- You must be signed in to unfollow a host
- General account emails may still be sent depending on your notification settings
If you are still receiving emails after updating your preferences, please double-check your settings or try unfollowing the host again.
