The Email Invites feature helps you promote your raffle by reaching the most relevant audience directly through Raffall.
You can invite followers, past entrants, or users who have shown interest in similar raffles — all within clear guidelines designed to ensure fairness and engagement.
🎯 Audience Options
When you send email invites, you’ll choose who receives your message. There are four audience
types available:
1. Followers
Invite everyone who follows you on Raffall.
These users already know your raffles and are the easiest to re-engage.
2. Followers Who Haven’t Entered Yet
Target only those followers who haven’t entered your current raffle.
This is ideal for reminders before your raffle ends.
3. Users Who Entered Your Previous Raffles
Reach people who have entered your raffles before.
They already trust you as a host and are more likely to enter again.
4. Users Who Entered Other Raffles in Related Categories
Invite users who’ve entered raffles similar to yours.
This audience is matched using our Category Mapping System, which ensures you only contact users likely to be genuinely interested.
For example, if your raffle is in Fashion, you’ll be able to reach users who entered Fashion, Jewellery, Health & Beauty, or Tickets & Events raffles.
🗂️ Category Mapping System (Targeted Invites)
To protect users and ensure fair, relevant marketing, Raffall uses a Category Mapping System.
This system defines which subscriber categories you can invite, based on your raffle’s category.
You’ll only see invite categories that match your raffle’s type — helping you target the right users while preventing misuse.
🧭 Tip: On the “Send Email Invites” screen, you’ll see a note:
“Categories shown are based on your raffle type and relevant subscribers.”

⚙️ How It Works
- When you create your raffle, its category determines the invite options available to you.
- These mappings are predefined to ensure relevance and are managed centrally by Raffall’s admin team.
- If your category doesn’t appear in a mapping (edge case), the system will default to self-category only.
💡 Why This Matters
This approach ensures:
- Relevance: Users receive only invites they’re interested in.
- Fairness: All hosts have access to appropriate audiences.
- Trust: Entrants see raffles that genuinely match their preferences.
It also prevents spam and helps you achieve better engagement with every campaign.
✅ Summary
When using Email Invites:
- Choose the right audience type for your goal.
- Your invite categories are automatically filtered based on your raffle’s category.
- You’ll only see relevant audiences — making your invites more effective and user-friendly.
