If you encounter a login problem or cannot complete the sign up process, please check the following.
- Internet connection. If the internet connection temporarily drops, this can result in the user being unable to sign in.
- Browser issues. Check that the web browser is not out of date or unsupported. Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari are supported, however users sometimes experience problems when using Internet Explorer. If you encounter a problem try using a different web browser to see if that solves the problem.
- Facebook's in-app browser. When viewing a competition via Facebook's in-app browser (clicking a Facebook post via their mobile app) this can sometimes cause problems with websites. To troubleshoot this, press the 3 dots at the top right hand of the page and select the option to 'Open in Safari' or 'Open in browser' to see if that solves the problem.
