Ticket Confirmation Emails
- Sent immediately after you enter a competition
- Includes:
- A summary of your entry
- A link to view your tickets online
Draw Notification Emails
- Sent immediately after a draw takes place
- Includes:
- Details of the competition
Important:
- The email does not confirm if you have won
- You must check your tickets to see your result
Check Your Tickets
You can view the status of your tickets at any time:

Not Receiving Emails?
If you are not receiving emails, check the following:
Incorrect Email Address
- Log in to your account
- Go to Contact Details
- Make sure your email address is spelled correctly
Spam or Junk Folder
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Emails may be filtered without notification
Additional Mailboxes
Some email providers filter messages into different tabs or folders.
- Check all inbox categories (e.g. Primary, Social, Promotions)
- Look for emails that may have been automatically sorted
Blocked Emails
- Your email provider may be blocking messages
- Contact your provider or:
- Add Raffall to your contacts
- Allow emails from our domain
Still Not Receiving Emails?
- Try using a different email address on your Raffall account
Important Notes
- All system emails are sent to your registered email address
- It is your responsibility to ensure your email is correct and accessible
