This guide explains how to view your tickets whether you entered with an account or as a guest.
View Your Tickets
You can view all your tickets here:

If You Have a Raffall Account
If you signed in or created an account:
- Go to Your Tickets
- Sign in using your email and password
👉 You will see:
- All active and past entries
- Ticket numbers
- Draw dates
- Competition details
If You Entered as a Guest
You can still access your tickets without an account.
- Go to Your Tickets
- Enter your email address
- Click Check Tickets
You will then be given the option to:
- Receive a secure one-time link via email, or
- Create a free account to save your tickets
Not Sure How You Entered?
- Enter your email on the Your Tickets page
- We will guide you automatically:
- If you have an account → you’ll be prompted to sign in
- If you entered as a guest → you’ll receive access options
Guest Access (Important)
- Guest access is temporary for security reasons
- You may be logged out after a few minutes of inactivity
- You will need a new link each time

Why Create an Account?
Creating an account gives you:
- Easy access to all your tickets anytime
- Notifications about draws and prizes
- A secure way to manage your entries
Ticket Status Colours
Tickets are colour-coded to show their status:
- 🟢 Green → Winning ticket (includes Claim button)
- 🔴 Light red → Losing ticket
- 🟢 Light green → Pending ticket
Important Notes
- Always check your tickets to see if you have won
- Guest sessions may expire for security reasons
- Your email must be correct to access your tickets
