This guide explains how to withdraw your cash compensation if you have won a competition and raised a dispute.
How to Withdraw Your Funds
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Tickets
- Click the Won tab
- Click the Disputed button on your winning ticket
- Once available, click the Withdraw button
- Enter your bank account details
- Confirm your withdrawal
When You Can Withdraw
The Withdraw button will only be available once your dispute has been awarded in your favour.
How Disputes Are Resolved
A dispute will be awarded in your favour if:
- The host confirms they will not provide the prize, or
- No action is taken within the allowed timeframe
Timeframe
- Hosts have 21 days from the draw date to:
- Appeal the dispute, or
- Confirm they will not provide the prize
- If no action is taken within 21 days:
- The dispute is automatically awarded in your favour
Important Notes
- You cannot withdraw funds until the dispute is resolved
- You must enter valid bank details to receive payment
- Once approved, your funds will be sent via bank transfer
If you do not see the Withdraw button, check that your dispute has been successfully awarded.
