Disputing a Prize (Important)
If you have not received your prize, or the prize you received is not as advertised, you must raise a dispute within the 21-day period.
Time Limit to Dispute
- You have 21 days from the draw date to submit a dispute
If you do not raise a dispute in time
- You will lose your ability to:
- Open a dispute
- Claim any cash compensation
What You Should Do
- Raise a dispute if:
- You have not received your prize, or
- The prize received is not as described
- Submit your dispute as soon as possible
- Do not wait until the end of the 21-day period
