What Is Raffall Credit?
- Raffall credit can be used to enter any paid competition
- It can be purchased using:
- A credit or debit card
- A bank transfer
Processing Times
Credit or Debit Card
- Credit is added instantly after a successful payment
Bank Transfer
- May take up to 24 hours to appear on our statements
- Can take up to 48 hours to be added to your account
If Your Credit Is Not Showing
Check the following:
Failed Card Payment
- If your card payment was unsuccessful:
- Credit will not be added

- A different card
- A bank transfer
- Contacting your card provider
Incorrect Reference (Bank Transfer)
- If the reference number is incorrect:
- We cannot match the payment to your account
What to Do
If you used the wrong reference, email:
Include:
- Your Raffall User ID
- Transfer amount
- Date of transfer
- The reference used
Important Notes
- Bank transfers are not instant and require manual processing
- Always use the correct reference when making a transfer
If your credit has not appeared after 48 hours, contact support with your payment details.
