Unfortunately PayPal does not provide payment solutions for this space. Their primary focus is protecting customers that purchase physical products that require delivery and due to us issuing tickets automatically after payment there is no delivery involved and therefore PayPal's buyer protection is obsolete.
You might not have noticed, but this is the same reason you do not see the option to pay via PayPal when purchasing cinema tickets or flights.
