This guide explains what to do after you win a competition.
Claim Your Prize
If you win a prize:
- Go to the Your Tickets section of your account
- Click on Won
- Click the Claim button on your winning ticket
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Delivery or Collection
- You must contact the host directly to arrange delivery or collection of your prize
- Agree on the details with the host before proceeding
Accepting Your Prize
Only press Accept when:
- You have received your prize, and
- You confirm that the advertised prize has been provided
Important:
- Accepting the prize will:
- Release the ticket revenue to the host
- Remove your ability to open a dispute or claim compensation
Disputing a Prize
If you have not received your prize, or it is not as advertised:
- Open your winning ticket
- Click the Dispute button
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Time Limit to Dispute
- You must raise a dispute within 21 days of the draw date
If you do not act in time:
- You will lose your ability to:
- Open a dispute
- Claim compensation
