What Is the Raffall Guarantee?
All competitions on Raffall are backed by the Raffall Guarantee.
- If a host fails to provide the advertised prize or the prize provided is different to the prize advertised
- The winner will receive cash compensation
Compensation Amount
- Winners receive a share of 75% of all ticket sales
- If there are multiple winners, the 75% amount will be divided equally between all winners
When This Applies
The Raffall Guarantee applies if:
- The host does not deliver the advertised prize
- A dispute is raised and resolved in the winner’s favour
