Once a raffle has ended and a draw has taken place, an automated email is sent to all entrants to notify them that the draw has been made. This email encourages users to check their tickets to see if they have won.
đŠ Important: If you are a winner, you will not receive a separate email notification from Raffall.
This is because some hosts prefer to contact their winners directly, and we do not interfere with that process.
To find out if youâve won, you must log in and check your tickets.
Below is a guide on how to view, claim, accept or dispute your prize based on the prize status.
Claiming the Prize
To claim a prize, open your winning ticket and click the âClaimâ button.
Clicking the âClaimâ button will open a drawer displaying:
-
The prize information
-
The hostâs contact email address
-
The hostâs contact telephone number
This drawer is accessible at any time after the draw has been made.
What Determines the Options Available?
The actions a winner can take depend on whether or not the host has confirmed the prize.
If the host has not confirmed the prize:
-
The âClaimâ button is visible without a countdown timer.
-
The only available action is to Dispute the Prize.
-
The 21-day countdown does not start until the prize is confirmed by the host.
If the host has confirmed the prize:
-
The âClaimâ button includes a 21-day countdown timer.
-
The countdown begins from the exact time and date the host confirmed the prize.
-
The winner can choose between:
-
Accepting the Prize
-
Disputing the Prize
-
Accepting the Prize
To accept a prize, the winner must:
-
Provide a rating and written review of their experience with the host.
-
Click the âAcceptâ button inside the claim drawer.
đ˘ Important: Only press âAcceptâ after you have received the prize and confirmed it is as advertised.
Your rating and review help ensure a trustworthy community and support fair hosting practices.
Once the winner has accepted the prize:
-
The ability to dispute it is permanently waived.
-
The ticket revenue is automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
Disputing the Prize
Winners should dispute the prize if:
-
The prize has not been received, or
-
The prize is not as advertised.
To dispute, click the âDisputeâ button inside the claim drawer.
â° Note: Disputes must be raised within 21 days of the host confirming the prize.
After this time, if no action is taken, the prize is considered unclaimed and the funds are automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
What If No Action Is Taken?
If the winner does not accept or dispute the prize within the 21-day window after host confirmation:
-
The prize is considered unclaimed.
-
The ticket revenue is automatically released to the host and/or their supporting charity.
-
The ability to accept or dispute the prize is permanently forfeited.
Summary
Be sure to check your tickets once a draw ends. If you win, take action within the 21-day timeframe to either accept your prize or raise a dispute if needed.
