How to Claim, Accept or Dispute a Prize

This guide explains what to do after a draw and how to manage your prize.

After the Draw

  • All entrants receive an email notification when the draw is complete
  • You must check your tickets to see if you have won

Important:

  • Winners do not receive a separate winner email
  • Some hosts contact winners directly, so Raffall does not send individual winner notifications

How to Claim Your Prize

  1. Go to Your Tickets
  2. Click on Won
  3. Click the Claim button on your winning ticket

This will display:

  • Prize details
  • Host contact email
  • Host contact phone number

👉 You can access this at any time after the draw for a period of 21 days

What Determines Your Options

Your available actions depend on whether the host has confirmed the prize.

If the prize has NOT been confirmed

  • The Claim button is available (no countdown timer)
  • You can:
    • Dispute the prize only

👉 The 21-day countdown does not start until the prize is confirmed

If the prize HAS been confirmed

  • A 21-day countdown timer will appear
  • The timer starts from when the host confirms the prize

You can:

  • Accept the prize, or
  • Dispute the prize

Accepting the Prize

To accept your prize:

  • Leave a rating and written review
  • Click the Accept button

Important:

  • Only accept once you have:
    • Received the prize, and
    • Confirmed it is as advertised

👉 Once accepted:

  • You cannot raise a dispute
  • The ticket revenue is released to the host and/or their chosen charity

Disputing the Prize

You should raise a dispute if:

  • You have not received your prize, or
  • The prize is not as advertised

To dispute:

  • Click the Dispute button from your winning ticket

Time Limit to Take Action

  • You have 21 days from when the host confirms the prize to:
    • Accept the prize, or
    • Raise a dispute

If No Action Is Taken

If you do not act within 21 days:

  • The prize is considered accepted
  • The ticket revenue is released to the host and/or their chosen charity
  • You lose the ability to dispute or claim compensation
