This guide explains how payments are processed if your bank account is outside the UK.
What Information Is Required
To receive a payment to a non-UK bank account, you will need to provide:
- Full name of the account holder
- Email address
- Currency you would like to receive the payment in
How the Payment Process Works
Payments to non-UK accounts are made using Wise.
- Once your withdrawal is processed, you will receive an email from Wise
- Click the link in the email
- Enter your bank details securely on the Wise website within 7 days
- Submit your details to complete the process
What Happens Next
- After you submit your details, Wise will complete the transfer
- Your funds will be sent directly to your bank account
Important Notes
- Make sure your email address is correct, as this is where the Wise link will be sent
- You must complete the Wise form within 7 days to receive your payment
- Payments cannot be completed until your bank details are submitted
