This guide explains how to withdraw your ticket revenue and how payments are handled when a charity is involved.
How Payments Work
All withdrawals are paid via bank transfer.
Depending on your setup:
- You may receive funds directly
- A charity donation may be paid on your behalf
When You Can Withdraw Funds
You can withdraw your ticket revenue once:
- Your competition has ended
- The winner has accepted their prize
If the winner does not respond
If the winner does not claim, accept, or dispute their prize:
- Your funds will be automatically released after 21 days
How to Withdraw Your Funds
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Raffles
- Click the Ended tab
- Select your raffle
- Click Dashboard & Tools
- Click Revenue
- Click the Withdraw button
Donating to Charity
If less than 100% is donated
- Your share of the ticket revenue will be shown
- After clicking Withdraw, you will:
- Enter your bank details
- Receive your portion via bank transfer
- The charity donation will be:
- Paid directly by Raffall
- Sent on your behalf after your withdrawal is completed
- An email notification will be sent when the payment has been actioned
If 100% is donated
- You will not receive any payment
- After clicking Withdraw:
- The full donation will be paid directly to the charity by Raffall
- An email notification will be sent when the payment has been actioned
