How do I get paid?

This guide explains how and when you receive your raffle earnings, and how to withdraw your ticket revenue.

All payments are made via bank transfer.

To receive your funds, you must:

• Complete the withdrawal process
• Enter your bank account details when prompted

When You Can Withdraw Funds

You can withdraw your ticket revenue once:

• The raffle has ended
• The winner has accepted their prize

If the winner does not respond

If the winner does not claim, accept, or dispute their prize:

• Your funds will be automatically released after 21 days

How to Withdraw Your Ticket Revenue

1. Log in to your Raffall account
2. Go to Your Raffles
3. Click the Ended tab
4. Select your raffle
5. Open Dashboard & Tools
6. Click Revenue
7. Click the Withdraw button
8. Enter your bank account details
9. Confirm the withdrawal

Important Notes

• You must enter valid bank details to receive payment
• Withdrawals are only available after:
  • The winner accepts the prize, or
  • 21 days have passed with no response from the winner
• If you do not see the withdraw option, check that your raffle meets the conditions above

Tips

• Double-check your bank details before submitting
• Encourage your winner to accept their prize promptly to avoid delays

If you are having trouble withdrawing your funds, make sure your raffle is in the Ended tab and the prize has been accepted or the 21-day period has passed.
