This guide explains how to confirm a prize after your competition ends and what happens if you don’t.
When You Must Confirm the Prize
- You must confirm the prize within 7 days of the draw ending
Why Prize Confirmation Is Required
Confirming the prize:
- Lets the winner know what they will receive
- Starts the prize fulfilment process
How to Confirm the Prize
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Raffles
- Click the Ended tab
- Select your raffle
- Click Dashboard & Tools
- Click Options
- Select View Winners
- Choose your confirmation option
- Confirm your selection
Confirmation Options
Prize as Advertised
- You will provide the prize as listed
- The winner will be notified and can:
- Accept the prize, or
- Raise a dispute
Revoke Prize
- You will not provide the prize
- The winner will receive cash compensation (75% of ticket revenue)
- You will not receive any funds
If You Do Not Confirm the Prize
If no action is taken within 7 days:
- The prize will be automatically revoked
- You will not receive any payment
- The winner will receive 75% of ticket revenue as compensation
After You Confirm the Prize
- The winner has 21 days to:
- Accept the prize, or
- Raise a dispute
- If no action is taken within 21 days:
- The prize will be automatically accepted
- The ticket revenue will be released
Important Notes
- You cannot change your selection once confirmed
- If you select Prize as Advertised, you must deliver the prize promptly
- Failure to provide the prize may result in a dispute and compensation payout
- It is your responsibility to ensure smooth and timely delivery
