When to Revoke a Prize
If you cannot provide the prize:
- You should revoke the prize as soon as possible
- This allows the winner to receive compensation without needing a dispute
What Happens After Revoking
- The winner will be able to withdraw cash compensation
- No dispute investigation is required
- The compensation is paid by Raffall
How to Revoke a Prize
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Raffles
- Click the Ended tab
- Select your raffle
- Click Options
- Select View Winners
- Choose Revoke Prize
- Confirm your selection
Important Notes
- You should revoke the prize before a dispute is raised
- Once revoked, the winner can withdraw compensation immediately
- You will not receive any ticket revenue
