How will I know who the winner is?

This guide explains what happens after the draw and how to view and manage winner information.

What Happens After the Draw

• Once the draw closes, there is a short verification period (up to 10 minutes)
• During this time:
  • All tickets are validated
  • Winners are selected by the automated system

Entrant Notifications

• All entrants receive an email notification once the draw is complete
• The email prompts them to check the status of their tickets

Important:

• Individual winner notification emails are not sent

Host Notification

• The host will receive an email prompting you to access to winner information
• It is the host’s responsibility to:
  • Contact each winner
  • Arrange delivery or collection of the prize

How to View Your Winners

1. Log in to your Raffall account
2. Go to Your Raffles
3. Click the Ended tab
4. Select your raffle
5. Click Dashboard & Tools
6. Click Options
7. Select View Winners

Confirming Prize Fulfilment

To confirm that the prize will be provided:

• Select Prize as Advertised when prompted

Important Notes

• Winners are selected automatically after ticket validation
• Hosts must contact winners directly to arrange delivery
• Entrants must check their tickets to see if they have won
