This guide explains what happens after the draw and how to view and manage winner information.
What Happens After the Draw
- Once the draw closes, there is a short verification period (up to 10 minutes)
- During this time:
- All tickets are validated
- Winners are selected by the automated system
Entrant Notifications
- All entrants receive an email notification once the draw is complete
- The email prompts them to check the status of their tickets
Important:
- Individual winner notification emails are not sent
Host Notification
- The host will receive an email prompting you to access to winner information
- It is the host’s responsibility to:
- Contact each winner
- Arrange delivery or collection of the prize
How to View Your Winners
- Log in to your Raffall account
- Go to Your Raffles
- Click the Ended tab
- Select your raffle
- Click Dashboard & Tools
- Click Options
- Select View Winners
Confirming Prize Fulfilment
To confirm that the prize will be provided:
- Select Prize as Advertised when prompted
Important Notes
- Winners are selected automatically after ticket validation
- Hosts must contact winners directly to arrange delivery
- Entrants must check their tickets to see if they have won
