This guide explains what happens once a competition has ended.
Ticket Verification
- After a competition ends, there is a short verification period (up to 10 minutes)
- During this time:
- All tickets are validated
The Draw
- Once verification is complete:
- The draw is made automatically
- Winners are displayed on the competition page
Entrant Notifications
- All entrants receive an email notification once the draw is complete
- The email prompts them to check their tickets
Important:
- Individual winner notification emails are not sent
Host Notifications
- Hosts receive an automated email with access to:
- Winner details and contact information
Prize Delivery or Collection
- Hosts and winners must communicate directly to arrange:
- Delivery, or
- Collection of the prize
- Winners must confirm receipt of the prize
- This allows the host to withdraw their ticket revenue
