This guide explains how to arrange delivery or collection of your prize after the draw.
Delivery or Collection
- When creating your raffle, you will have selected from the following options;
- Delivery is included, or
- Prize is Collection only
Contacting the Winner
- You will have access to the winner’s contact information after the draw
- You must contact the winner to arrange:
- Delivery information, or
- Collection arrangements
How the Winner Contacts You
- The winner can access your contact details by:
- Opening their winning ticket
- Clicking the Claim button
Time Limits
- Prizes must be provided within 21 days of the draw date
- Winners must also claim their prize within 21 days
Important Notes
- It is the host’s responsibility to organise delivery or collection
- Make sure you follow the method selected when creating your raffle
- Clear communication helps ensure a smooth process
