This guide explains what evidence hosts must provide if a dispute is raised.
When a Dispute Is Opened
- You will receive an email notification when a dispute is opened
- You must include disputes@raffall.com in all communication with the winner
What Proof You Need to Provide
You must provide evidence showing that the advertised prize has been delivered to the winner.
Courier Receipts
Provide courier documentation that clearly shows:
- Tracking number
- Recipient’s name
- Delivery address
Email Communication
- Include the Raffall ID in the email subject line
- Forward all communication between you and the winner to:
disputes@raffall.com
Additional Evidence
You can also include any other relevant information, such as:
- Proof of delivery confirmation
- Photos or documentation confirming the prize was sent or received
- Video of the prize being packaged for delivery
- Purchase receipt for the item
- For cash prizes, a copy of the payment transfer
